I received my ScriptShark coverage and have been reviewing it. Most of the comments were things I am already mulling over while others were fresh issues I hadn't considered before. I'm happy with their comments and the overall quality of the coverage. I think it was well worth the investment to get Burnt by Light to where it needs to go.

back to the double...

Since it'll be a while before Burnt by Light is back on my radar, I figure I need something else to pass the time. I dug through my files and tried to find a project to work on. Sadly there wasn't an ideal candidate. I kept discovering why I had abandoned the material in the first place. After some consideration, I opted to dive back into "The Double". The original script is bad, but there's plenty of ideas to be salvaged. I hope I can save them. Hopefully it won't take as painfully long to complete this second draft as it did the first...

After some minor touch up work on "Burnt by Light" I sent it out to a coverage service. In the past I've opted for either Script P.I.M.P. or Coverage Ink. This time, for the sake of trying something different, I went with Script Shark. I finalized everything last week, so I'll receive their feedback in a week or two. The only thing I can do is wait...
